14,200 SF renovation of 1930’s shell building into a creatively designed catering and event center facility. Enticing Ball Room, Board Room and Tasting Room are supported by a 3,000 SF modern commercial kitchen and admin support offices.

First new location for Auburn-brand, family operation. Work included demolition of interiors of 1940’s building and 8,300 SF build-out of new commercial kitchen, bar, and eatery spaces. Interiors reflect rustic, railroad themes of Old Town Roseville.
